Vitcas outdoor oven should be installed in a solution that meets its requirements. When assessing the weight, include the device, the base, the chimney, the cladding, and the equipment. The mass of the chamber alone does not represent the load of the finished station or the pressure at the support points.
The balcony conditions must be confirmed for the actual structure and the method of use. Do not replace this assessment by assuming that a few light elements are sufficient. The entire support system and the loads remaining during operation are important.
Insulation does not solve the surrounding environment
Light insulating bricks have a specific function in compatible linings. Their low weight does not confirm the possibility of modifying the oven without checking the altered design or safe distances from walls. Changing the chamber material also affects the support, wear, and heat accumulation.
Check the facade, roof, combustible materials, entrances, and space above the device. A proper flue path and air supply are needed. Shielding the flame with a board does not remove smoke and does not provide working conditions in accordance with the instructions.
Confirm the location before purchase
Determine the device manufacturer's requirements and the conditions for using the specific building. Prepare a drawing and data of the entire station for evaluation. If it is not possible to confirm the support, surroundings, or method of exhaust removal, do not resolve missing information by experimental lighting.
It is worth choosing the appropriate location before ordering materials. Maintain the agreed layout and device documentation. Later replacement with lighter bricks or adding a shield does not replace checking the requirements for installing the oven in a specific location.
